A pass is a voucher that clients can use to pay for a training session with . Clients can purchase a pass from using Stripe (a secure payment processor). We don't store your credit card number directly. See the Terms of Use for more details.
You can purchase a pass from each trainer's profile by selecting a pass and clicking "Go to Checkout".
Go to Sessions > Unscheduled, find the session, and set a date and time for it.
The session will be marked as completed once the date and time have passed.
Find the pass in your trainer's profile under Sessions > Unscheduled or Sessions > Upcoming, and click "Refund". You can also send your trainer a message to request a refund in the Message tab.
You can refund until the pass either expires or is used. See the Terms of Use for updated details.

Simply click on the "Sign Up" button and fill in the necessary details to create your trainer profile. This will allow clients to find you and purchase passes for your sessions.
When creating or editing your profile, the "Services" section allset the cost of your sessions. Ensure you set a competitive price based on your expertise and the current market rate.
You will receive an email notification every time a client purchases a pass from your profile. Ensure you check your email regularly and your socials. Soon, I will implement messaging so you can do messages on-platform.
Payments from clients are processed securely through Stripe. Once a client purchases a pass, the funds (minus any processing fees) will be transferred to your linked bank account within a specified period. Make sure to set up and verify your Stripe account to receive payments.
Yes, you have the option to initiate a refund for a client. Clients can do this too. However, make sure you have a clear refund policy and discuss this with your client beforehand to manage expectations.
